Frequently asked questions

Find answers to common questions about our work and offerings.

  • Transitions are the moments in life when something ends and something new begins. They’re the shifts, pivots, and forks in the road that invite us to question who we are, how we’re living, and where we’re headed. These transitions can look like breaking old patterns, healing after loss, navigating relationship changes, graduating or shifting careers, returning to society after incarceration or recovery, or realizing you’ve been living out of alignment with your true self.

Our offerings support individuals and peer groups through these periods of personal change with clarity, intention, and direction. We help them to connect to who they are, what they value, and the life they want to live moving forward.

  • Alignment means making choices that reflect your core self, your values, and the life you want to live. It is about choosing what feels healthy, peaceful, and authentic to you. Living in alignment honors your needs and desires above external expectations, programming, or influences that aren’t your own. It involves making decisions with integrity and moving with flow rather than resistance, even in moments of difficulty.

  • In the work, we integrate mindfulness practices such as meditation and guided self‑inquiry, somatic practices including breathwork and movement, grounding through time in nature, self‑awareness through self‑affirming, and spirituality through prayer and related contemplative practices. These tools support emotional regulation and help participants ground in the present. They cultivate awareness, clarity, and centering, and remain useful long after the offering.

  • The Three A’s Framework is an approach created by Natali Martinez and forms the foundation of her work. It guides participants through three stages of personal growth: Awaken, Align, and Ascend.

    AWAKEN
Ground and deepen self-awareness through mindfulness practices, guided self-inquiry, and personal reflection.

    ALIGN
Clarify core values to make choices that are in alignment with who you are, intentional in how you want to live, and centered in self-trust.

    ASCEND
Create a clear action plan with commitments that align with your authentic self, honor your core values, and guide intentional progress forward.

  • Natali Martinez is a founder, educator, and mentor whose work centers on guiding individuals, especially BIPOC women and youth, through personal growth, life transitions, and aligned living. Natali’s approach is shaped by her lived experience, professional training, and her own personal growth journey.

She has solo traveled and lived in over 20 countries, and has a professional background spanning accounting, education, and work that requires trust, communication, and sensibility. This combination gives her depth, insight, and a human-centered approach.

Natali integrates her Three A’s Framework: Awaken, Align, Ascend in her teachings, guiding individuals to cultivate self-awareness, clarify core values, and make intentional, aligned choices for embodied authenticity during periods of transition and beyond.

  • This work supports individuals and peer groups navigating identity development and life transitions who seek clarity, alignment, and direction. This includes youth navigating coming‑of‑age transitions, adults experiencing loss, relationship changes, or career pivots, and individuals rebuilding their lives after recovery or incarceration.

Natali Martinez is especially committed to serving BIPOC women and youth who often receive messages about who they are, who they should be, who they aren’t, and who they’ll never be, communicated implicitly and explicitly through familial expectations, professional biases, and societal discriminations. This insight strengthens her commitment to helping individuals connect with and align to their divine self.
